I am still waiting passport request for my father. He is main applicant. I have filled out IRCC web form on Oct. 02, 2018 and i have not got response yet.

My parents applied super visa on April 2018 and passed medical in last week of august, 2018.
My mother got passport request in Sept.17, 2018 and she got her passport with visa.

My parents applied online. My father has not got passport request yet and final decision: “your application is in progress, we will send you a message once the final decision has been made.”

In brief application view: Current Status
Mother: Approved
Father: Submitted

Please let me know, what should I do? I have sent one IRCC webform and one email to consulate last week but no reply.

I recommend you do NOT send another IRCC web form. You sent one just last week. There must be some reason why processing is taking a bit longer

hey guys a quick query, i applied super visa for my in-laws online on 29 oct..but intensions of stay is 2 months only which I mentioned on the invitation letter and the letter of sponsorship attested by the notary too. Do they still need to do upfront medical or should I wait for IRCC request?
Also while applying online application separately for my Father inlaw I was not able to submit additional documents like Supervisa Insurance policy, family NOA, PAYstubs, pr cards, and other relevant documents, it's not allowing me to resubmit these documents for my Father inlaw. But for my mother inlaw i combined all the documents in the PDF format and attached, I am worried my father in law application processing.

They could be issued TRVs instead of super visas.

Do they still need to do upfront medical or should I wait for IRCC request?

As they have already submitted their applications, they must wait for IRCC to issue the request for medicals.
