Yes, she must submit her passport to the nearest VFS. Don't wait for the passport request letter for your dad

My mother got passport request on Sept. 17 and she will get her passport back in one two days from Canadian high commission. My father is main applicant and he has not received passport request till today. should i send "IRCC Web Form" or wait. Please guide me.

Hi Bryanna,
I have filled out IRCC Web Form today for my father application update but i have not got reference number or reference email from CIC. When i submitted, it was written success and " You should receive a reply within 28 working days".
I am worry when i see a few of thread " Canada high commission cancel the visa due to submit the passport on time."

Hi,
My mother got super visa and received passport today. still waiting for father super visa approval. my father is main applicant.
Online applied: April, 25, 2018
Medical Request: May 25, 2018
Further medical request: June 12, 2018
Both passed medical: Sept.06, 2018
Passport request: Sept.17, 2018 ( only for mother)
Received passport with visa: Oct. 02, 2018
I am still waiting for my father super visa approval. i have sent IRCC web form yesterday but i have not got any reference number. Should i call the call center or wait for approval? Thanks

I have a question for all champion members or who have experienced similar situation.
I had applied for my mom's Super Visa on Aug 30 at Chandigarh VAC, India (paper application). So far there was no communication/acknowledgement email from Visa office. But today i checked the application status on VFS website using trakcing number and it show following message:


Visa application, tracking ID No.********************* – Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 04/10/2018 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.

Can anyone please tell me what is the outcome in a case like this generally? Because last time I applied for a visitor visa and it was rejected and we got a rejection email before getting the passport back and I guess VAC has stopped sending rejection letters on paper.

Also, I have no clue how to track the passport shipment. The AWB number provided on the application receipt is yielding no results.
Any help will be much appreciated.

I applied super visa for parents on 20 sep and their passports are also been couriered on 4th october and shows same message. then we check the status and it shows visas has been approved. i think in your mom's case she got approved if u did not get any refusal email.
