Super Visa submit in Buffalo

Please help to understand!
My mother visitor visa last up to March 31, 2012.
Can we submit for super visa in Buffalo, and come back to Canada, and to wait for decision here?

You don't need to apply through Buffalo if your mom is in Canada. Just apply to Vegreville, Alberta to extend her stay for up to two years through the Super Visa.

Our mother in Canada already applied for Humanitarian immigration, because she has no one to live with abroad, but they declined the application. Can we apply in this sityation for super visa please via Vegreville, Alberta?

I have a question for you. You said your mom applied for PR under humanitarian and was not approved. Did she apply for TRV after her PR denial or she had the TRV from before?

Yes, you definitely should purchase the insurance BEFORE you apply for the Super Visa - in fact, that is the requirement. Proof of the Insurance must accompany the application.
