Super visa re-entry

Hi,
my mother came on super visa and the first entry will expire on sept.2019.
I would like to know what is the process of re-entry(her multiple entry visa expires on 2027)-Do need to do any application process or just exit and re-enter?
is there any waiting period before she can re-enter.
