Super visa query

Hello, my mom jst got a 10 years super visa. She will travel to canada next month. My question is does she need a return ticket as well just like visitor visa?

my sister is permanent resident of canada since 2010. she want apply super visa our Maternal grandmother she have meet lico requirment. i would like to ask that Maternal grandmother is in under PGP category or not? & can she apply for her or not.
