Hi all, I am gathering documents to apply for my mother's super visa. For the proof of finances of our family, my husband is the only one who works and I am a stay-at-home mom. I don't have proof of income but my husband does. With his income, we will meet the minimum low-income requirement. Without submitting my own income (just my husband's) will I be able to apply for my mom's super visa? If it does, do i have to submit a marriage certificate to prove my relationship with my husband?

Yes, you can use your husband's income. He will need to co-sign the application.

Thanks for the reply Scylla. It's good to know i can use my husband's income. When you said co-sign the application, how do i do that? Mentioned him in the invitation letter and have him sign the letter?

There is a section where you can add a co-signer. Would include his NOA or give access to his NOA. You can include yours as well.
