Hi guys,
I really need some good advice regarding this. I applied for my mother's super visa in October 2020, the biometric was done in the same month and that is it. It's been almost 2 years now and there is no other progress. and then last month I submitted a webform and CIC Singapore replied that it is still waiting to be sent to an officer for processing and they can't tell how long more it may take more.
On the other hand, the current processing time for super visas for Singapore is 92 days now. So does it mean, it is stuck in the backlog and may remain like this for years?
What are my options? I can cancel and reapply. Or leave it like this and apply for a regular visitor visa? Is it allowed to apply for a regular visitor visa while a super visa is already pending? Please advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
