Super visa - Passport letter only for primary applicant

Hi everyone, I applied Supervisa for my parents. The principal applicant ( my dad) got a letter for passport submission however, my mom did not receive any letter/ update.
The last update was about conformation of biometric submission and its been already 3 weeks just wondering if any of you have similar situations does it usually take long time for dependents ?
Please let me know
