Yes there is one company that will underwrite at time of application, all other insurance companies do post claim underwriting. Another words you buy insurance but won't know if you are insured until you have a claim. Contact me I will send you the medical application form, I suggest it is filled out by her doctor and bring with her the following: medical records and a letter from her doctor stating she is not traveling against the advise of her physician and any pre-existing conditions have been stable for a period of one year.
Once I submit the application it takes 5 business day to get a reply, if her conditions are insurable there will be a rating on the policy and the policy will be issued with an endorsement specifying the condition the insurance company is insuring.

I am New Immigrant to Canada ( PR ) since SEP_2012 along with my wife and daughter of 2 year.
I want to bring my Mother on super visa to Canada.
But for financial year 2012-2013 I am not able to show income of 42000 which is required for LICO table.
As it is clear and logical that in 5 months i am not able to generate income of 42000 CAD$ as wife is not working.
Ya but my Yearly income is round about 48000 CAD$ and now in February Wife has started job.

What should i do to bring my mother to Canada this year.
Any suggestions?
Please reply as i am in need of suggestion.

Get her on Multiple Visit Visa and request 2 year ext once in Canada

Great advise. Once your Mom is in Canada hopefully by that time you will be able to show a full year of income the satisfy the income requirements for a super visa. You can always apply for a super visa once she is in Canada. Buy medical insurance for her visitors visa it will improve her chances of getting a visitors visa and it is a wise investment. You can extend the same policy if need be to satisfy the super visa requirements as well. Please keep in mind that the majority of Canadian Insurance Companies will not insure a visitor after 30 days in Canada. I only deal with one Insurance Company that does.
