I contacted the vfs customer support through online chat and was told 21 working days once it reaches IRCC Delhi. On top of that the transit times can be added for the courier.

Your medical passed took how long to change in portal after submission? Eligibility completed tracker or portal before final decision?
They requested medical we completed not change yet and eligibility completed tracker not portal!

I sent my mother's passport for stamping and it reached IRCC delhi on Feb 6th. On 26th i got notification that eligibility is reviewed and is returned back to VFS delhi. I dont see any counterfoil is added on the portal. Is this the norm for super visa?

My mom passed medical and eligibility on Jan 28 but no updates since then about PPR? BG still in process I sent a webform but no response how long should I wait?

Same here! Since she passed medical on Jan nothing for PPR and BG still in process. Which country is she applying from?

She was in US, it is her second Super-visa.

The first one was in Iraq, and she got it in 3 months

My mom still in Iraq when I applied for her too! Iraq is taking longer than other countries!

It’s a bit unfair it’s taking long for certain countries and others are being processed in 20 days or so! Do you think it’s the background check from Iraq’s side that’s causing the delay by not responding back to immigration office?

I think it is a general issue.
