Do you need a police clearance for applying supervisa from Bangladesh? It's not listed anywhere but I heared VFS ask for it.

Yes, we can submit the application Online. I was thinking to apply a Paper Application then changed my mind and decided to apply online as it seems easier for me and less hastle for my mum. And I don't have to do back and forth communication using postal services. So I beleive it will take less time get process. Thanks

After online application CIC will give email to do biomatric. Printing that applicant needs to go for biomatric. same thing for medical also.

I am targeting end of April/ May 1st week too for supervisa..my parents got refused for TRV today..

Let me know if I can be of any help re: Super Visa application. I applied (on paper) for my mom back in March, 2012 through VFS when applications were processed by Canadian High Commission in Bangladesh (not Singapore). She got the visa within a month valid up to her PP expiry.

I'm not too sure about online application. But I assume when you apply online, it stays within Canada. So, all communications (i.e. medical/fingerprint/passport request etc.) will be done through you. Then you will have to communicate with your parent(s) back and forth anyway. Just my thoughts!

For online application parents should provide Required forms (no signature is required), photos, fees, passports scan copy. However for paper application more documents are required as employment verification/leave letter, bank statements and/or property docs.

1. If you are neither a PR or Citizen, your mother can't apply for a super visa. She would have to qualify for a TRV on her own.
