I think for most July applicants, its the same status of background check in progress. I hope due to the diplomatic tension they do not delay this process further.

I applied for visitor visa in oct 2023 for both my parents, my mom got visa in a month but my dad visa processing was not going forward. They asked me for his resume but he retired in 2017. All good, I attached it. So in June after waiting 6 months I withdrew my application and applied for super visa. Now on Nov 14 background check got completed and then application was withdrawn. It’s more than a year it took for a visitor visa to process or even withdraw the application. Now my father have a background check already done under visitor visa but they have to still do background check again. So kind of confused how their process works. I wish I get a positive result even if it takes a little longer.

I have applied super visa for my Mom on Aug 14th and biometrics was completed on Aug 20th and medicals passed on Nov 22nd. After that no update. Can anyone let me know who applied on August the progress or anyone who got it approved and share your timeline progress
