We applied for my mother's super visa online to visit Canada for 6 months.

Received email from New Delhi Visa office to submit proof of medical insurance and CRA notice of tax assessment on April 20, 2015
Submitted all documents by April 21, 2015
Received email from New Delhi Visa office for Medical Examination on May 01, 2015
Medicals performed in KIMS, Trivandrum, Kerala on May 05, 2015
KIMS confirmed on May 07, 2015 that the results have been submitted to the Visa office.
The status of our application on the CIC website has not changed since May 01, Status is "Your Action is Required".
"Review of medical results We need your medical information"
Since the results are sent directly by the hospital, we are not sure if there is any other action is expected from us on the online portal. Also, not sure if the Visa office has received the results or not. Does anyone know if there is any further action to be performed from our side? Or, do we just wait to hear from the Visa office? I have put in inquiries and emails to Delhi Immigration, but no response.
Also, we have booked her ticket for June 03rd, and will have to change the dates now. We are also thinking if we should cancel the super visa application and request for a temporary visitor visa, as we have an emergency next month where our baby's caretaker needs to go on medical leave, so we were hoping my mom would come before that. Does anyone know if we can apply for temp visitor visa in parallel?
