hi guys, my seniors went back to home country after 2yrs of stay on super visa. now they wanted to come back. do they have to go with all paper submissions again from zero or they just need to submit their new passports to get new super visa stamp. what will be the duration of next visa stamp again 2yrs or it could be till the passport expiry?
thanks for your prompt feedback

The Super Visa is a multiple entry visa that is valid for up to ten years (when initially issued can be issued for 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 years on initial application). Therefore you will need to find out for how long their visa was issued for. Mind you even when it can be of up to 10 years, at any time they are able to stay for up to 2 years, unless they apply for an extension of that particular stay. If the initial visa expired, you will need to re-apply.

thanks chief their initial visa stamp was for 2yrs only bcoz of passports expiry date, wondering if their visa (back in immigration) is for 10yrs then how to check it ??
re-apply means; of all previously submitted docs (supportive as well) are expired and they have to produce new fresh papers (bank statments etc.....) for the last 6 months?
i guess you understand my worry here.
thanks for your prompt feedback

They should have the paperwork for the approval to check for how long the visa was initially issued for, if it was for 2 years only, than yes, you will need to reapply with new paperwork (but as far as I have heard from others these visas are usually issued for 10 years multiple entry). so if it was a 10 year visa, all they would need to do is provide the embassy with their new passports to have the visa stamped back into it.
