Just wanted to check if anyone is same boat , will processing time be more than usual ?

Eligibility: In Review (for both)
Medical Request : Apr 25,2025
Medical Completed: May 2,2025 (for Mother)
Dad File medical - in progress : further medical test needed ( in chest xray )
Background Check: In Progress(for both)
BVL : May 12(For Mom)
PPR : May 12(For Mom)

Now, my parents are in canada on existing TRV . So thinking to send passport for stamping to any nearest vac ( in US) .

Yes that is possible. They can then initiate the supervisa on their next visit.
