What does this even mean?
My Mom did an upfront medical which was attached, is this just routine?
Do I need to send a webform to let them know I already submitted the print out and the doc uses E-Medical

Hello all,

I submitted my parents application on May 23rd with upfront medical. They did biometrics on May 25 and my mom's medica passed on June 5th. Today they have asked for my dad's medical examination again even though we also submitted the upfront medical for him. Does anyone know what to do when this happens?

I did the webform and it was acknowledged but still waiting for medicals to show approved.
