Dont apply yet if they're not yet coming. Supervisa application is so fast if you submitted all the docs required and have done an upfront medical.

Thank you. How long are the medicals valid for?

Hi everyone!

I'm currently going through the SuperVisa process for my Mother-In-Law. We were refused the first time, but I feel like we hadn't submitted enough documentation... they refused us within 4 business days. 5 months later, we've reapplied with substantially more documentation. The problem for us is that my Mother-in-law doesn't have a financial ties to her home country, but her entire family is there except for her 1 son who is with me in Canada.

If anybody has questions on their current application, maybe I can help with insight to how we are processing ours.

We were just sent a request for Medical and some additional documentation that we had already sent in with the original application, but they either haven't seen it, or are simply requesting it again. Either way, we have no problem complying as we are really praying for the best outcome possible at this point. It would be wonderful to be able to have her visit us here rather than spending substantially for so see her significantly less by us having to visit there.

Wish us luck and good luck to all of you on this journey!!!!

You can still apply as long you have NOA for last year. You dont need to submit job letter for supervisa of Parents/ Grand Parents.

Good luck

Guys need some help and advice:

Is it possible to apply for Parents Supervisa from home country (or online) and then submit the passports in US while visiting?

Or is it possible to apply for the Supervisa while you are visiting US for few months?

what could be the affect of doing the above on application result? if any.

Hi

No, you cant do this as Super Visa is type of Visitor visa and only relevant officer / relevant embassy can stamp the visa. but Yes, you can apply super visa while on visit in USA. There is no effect on application results

Thanks

Good Luck

BTW, I do have one Q. Does anyone have any idea as to when they would ask to get the medicals done ...... thanks!!!!

We did it upfront. From the day the embassy received the application up to when we received the visa has a total of 12 days including sat and sun. Better get upfront if you want to speed up the process.

Hi could anyone please tell me that I can apply for super visa if she is already staying in Canada on visiting visa

Hi friends, I am filling super visa forms for my father, I am confused with IMM5645 family information,

1. (on page no 1 SECTION A) my father is applicant and my mother is spouse, it asks regarding my mother "will accompany you to Canada". Now the thing is that my mother already acquired super visa last year and also visited me and returned to home country, now she is not part of this application, she may or may not visit again with my father, so what to write in this column?

2. (on page no 1 SECTION B) My brother is currently out of country on three month trial job, he may be hired or may return back, now what should I write in address column, his home country address or his foreign address?

highly appreciate your input.
