Hi All,

Can someone please help me on this ? I am submitting application for Super Visa online Bangalore office and wanted to know the below.

Does the invitation letter need to be written by hand and then signed ? or

Can it be printed using word document and then signed manually ?

Please let me know which way has worked successfully for most applicants.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Rgds.

It doesn't make any difference as long ans the invitation letter is dated and signed.

Dear forum members,

I have a question that I hope you might be able to find the answer for me.

My mother will be applying for a Super Visa in the next few weeks. My father passed away a year ago and my mother became the legal owner of all my father's possessions (property, business, money, etc.,) I have checked the application package and it does not mention anywhere that she needs to provide proof of ownership of real estate, businesses, etc., just money in the bank. Can someone please confirm this? I believe that in her case, it would be a good idea to show that she owns property in her home country, just to support the case that she has strong ties to her home country. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Hi Master7, For Super Visa you are responsible for everything but not the person you are inviting. So in your case You have to show the proof of your income, i.e Current Employer letter, Notice of Assessment for last year, insurance for your mother, etc etc. Your mother doesn't have to provide anything other than her passport and marriage/death certificate(not sure if she needed if not accompanying with anyone).

Thank you Athind.

It is just I am worried with the whole "ties to your home country" issue. Then this statement has to do more from a family point of view. I am the only one not living in my home country. My father is deceased and my two brothers live with my mother.

Are you applying regular Visitors Visa or Super Visa? There is no such requirement or any kind of Proof you have to show in Super Visa application. My parents got Visa last week, i applied for Super Visa.

Supervisa.

Do you mind if I ask you a few questions? ;D

-What was the most important factor in getting the visa?
-Did you have to provide bank statements showing saving or just T4 ?
-What did you put on your parents application as purpose of their visit? I am actually getting married and evidently I would like for my mother to be here with me.

Hi,
Letter from your Employer stating you Annual Income will suffice the requirement to show the reqiured income cut off? Or we need to show the last years tax statement?

The more proof you give the better chances.
Letter from Employer is your current proof and the Notice of Assessment if the proof that you met the LICO for last year.

Hi, Thnx.
What if dont have full year NOA for last years income as we had landed there in Canada in Mar'15. Can we apply for super visa for parents on the basis of current years pay stubs or employment letter covering LICO.

Friends I have a question I am planning to apply for super visa for my mom and not for my dad, is this a concern for visa officer, will they dig into details e.g why I am not applying for Father visit visa etc.

The simple reason is my current salary allows me to apply only for 1 parent for super visa as per LICO requirement, though as per my 2015 income I could apply for both parents.

2nd question is I am not sure of few answers on the application forms, if somehow super visa application is refused due to misrepresentation or non disclosure will that effect my permanent residency in Canada.

A quick reply form seniors is really appreciated

Thanks

Good day everyone,

I would like to make a Super Visa for my mom.
I have a few questions.I got a little bit confused.

There is a question in the application: How long you plan to stay :
what should we write here?

Most said over 6 months just to avoid of receiving a visit visa instead of supervisa. But it really doesn't matter much.
