It's not 'MUST'; but it's required most times. Canadian Visa Offices in most countries would require recent year's NOA (Notice of Assessment) issued by CRA to prove that you meet LICO. If you work for 6 months; you may not meet the LICO. Besides, if you work less (2~3 months) in a year; CIC may not feel comfortable thinking that you have just started working and there may be probation period in your employment terms. But if your less than one year income (NOA or T4 whichever is required by your local visa office checklist) meets LICO satisfactorily; you may still apply.kidrobot said:Hi everyone,
I have some questions about Super Visa.
1. Is it I must work in Canada at least 1 year then only can apply Super Visa for my mum?
Probably not. But I'm not sure.2. Is there anyone apply for it even though not yet reach the minimum income requirement?
This has my own "Invitation Letter" and "Declaration of Support" (not necessarily you have to provide both, you can choose either/both formats): http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/supervisa-from-bangladesh-t93529.0.html;msg1778669#msg17786693. Is there anyone can share how to write a proper letter to Visa Officer?
