My Total income for 2022 tax year is $26,748 (Net income $25,213). Is it enough to apply for Super Visa for my mom if we apply in 2023? Because I checked the new income requirements for 2023 and it says $27,514.

No. You include yourself in total family unit so it is $34k for two people. Are you married and have children? If so, number increases.

Even if you make 34k you would need to be able to afford to support another person in Canada and pay supervisa insurance. Even on 34k can you afford to pay around 2k a year for emergency travel medical insurance, pay for additional housing, food, routine medical and dental care, save for your future, additional transportation, etc.? Realistically you need to make more than LICO to actually afford to have parents visit unless you or they have substantial savings.
