Hi Guys, One question regarding Funds (proof) document. We don't have much balance to show proof in our bank accounts. Is it ok if we submit paystubs in funds and employer letter in funds? has anyone done it and got accepted?

Better to have enough funds in the bank. Irrespective of funds, Paystubs and employer letter also needed to be included as a part of important documents.

Hello Everybody,

I have a small question if someone can shed some light on this matter. My parents already have visitor visa till 2025 and they are in India right now, I am planning to apply for their super visa. Now I am eligible Canadian citizen, have more then sufficient income to support them financially but they are asking for medical insurance with the date of landing. As of now I don't have any tentative dates of their arrival also there are no tickets purchased as of now. How can I get medical insurance in such case? Can we only apply for super visa when the arrival is confirmed?

Please enlighten me on this matter.

did you show any bank statement for both parents ?
did you submit any extra documents that shows there attachment to home country?

Yes Supervisa you need to show yours Canadian financial status and ensure meet 1 year LICO and NOA.

I did not show any attachments to home country, only visitor visa needs that. If you want you can submit home property documents which are in your parents name.

I have very recently applied for my mother's supervisa and got biometric request within 24hrs of submitting her application. I have been reading a lot of posts about a new "IRCC portal." Since I just applied, does this mean that the application has gone through the new portal only? or was there a different link that had to be used? I used this one- https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html.

Yes Supervisa you need to show yours Canadian financial status and ensure meet 1 year LICO and NOA.

I did not show any attachments to home country, only visitor visa needs that. If you want you can submit home property documents which are in your parents name.

Biometrics given on 29th Oct 2021.
The biometric status still show::::We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.

There has been no update on our application from 3 months.
I have raised 3 webforms but got standard reply.
Still waiting....not sure how and where the application got stuck.
Not sure what to do now.

sorry to hear, I am seeing, it's taking 3 to 4 months now on new portal from India. Webforms does not seem working. We can wait only.
