I have few more questions in regards to my parents supervisa
1) I don't have birth certificate to prove my relationship, however I have my old indian passport which was cancelled when I got canadian citizenship. Indian passport have my mom dad names on it.
- I didn't provide my birth certificate either. Only passport with the parents' name on it. Worked well.
2) My parents are in there 80's and they have adhar card, voter id but they dont have there marriage certificate - what should I do.
- I've heard that they can provide an affidavit that they have been married for ...... years. They can provide exact date if known or the month and year of marriage. An affidavit from a notary has worked fine in the past, I know. Please note, any national ID documents neither are required nor are valid proof for a visa application. So don't worry about the aadhar or voter cards.
3) My dad have his first name + middle name but doesnt have lastname on his passport , adhar card, how ever all other documents he have first name+ middle name+ last name what should I do?
- Sorry. Can't help you with this. No idea.
4) My both parents are full vaccinated - Can I use proof of vaccination for there application.
- Proof of vaccination is required for travel. I don't think this could work as proof of name for the visa application.
5) Can I advise them to get medical done before I apply for there supervisa? if yes, how it will work, which form to download for medical and how visa office know if they have medical done before there application as they dont have any visa record with visa office.
- Many applicants do their medicals upfront. I don't know the exact procedure for that. However, I think they can directly get an appointment for the medicals at the approved hospital upfront, without the IRCC letter asking for medicals. Make sure you include the applicants' Application # and the UCI # when you book the appointment. Once the medicals are done, the applicant will receive a copy from the hospital that the medicals were done, with the above mentioned numbers on it. Now, when the IRCC asks for the medicals to be done, you simply provide them with that copy. Or, usually, the hospital itself send the medicals copy to IRCC, so IRCC has their medicals records with them. Please note that I am not 100% sure how this works, but yes you CAN do medicals upfront.
6)If I am paying supervisa fee with my canadian credit card, will that be ok.
- Perfectly fine.
