I applied it today, biometrics are updated and received application number right away. I will keep you posted. Have couple of known people who got supervisa in 3 days and another in 2 weeks

Hi which country did you apply from? My mother is coming from Pakistan. And I put her intended dates of travel in February, 2022.

I put my mother in law date February 2022 too no updates after dec 29 2021

Hi everyone,I applied my in laws supervisa on Nov 11, 2021 and I didn’t get any result on that even medical was not updated.Then I decided to apply again I applied on Feb 5th and medical passed on 11Feb, approval 12 Feb and they withdrawn my previous application.

Hi,
I applied for supervisa for my parents in Oct 2021. Biometrics completed and updated on application page: Nov 30, 2021. They also completed medicals upfront, but that hasn't been updated on their application page. Since Nov 30, there has been no progress on the application despite sending multiple webforms.
I am considering reapplying for them on the new IRCC portal.
My question is: how can I link their new application to their old one, so IRCC knows to withdraw the old application? Do I provide UCI number for the old application on each of the forms?

Yes when reapplying there is a field which ask for UCI. Provide that and it will get linked with biometrics..

Create separate application entries and submit together .. both need to have a application each with unique UCI and application number

Hi All,
My mother's super visa is approved today while she is in Canada and asked to submit her original passport.
Could you please tell me if she could continue to stay in Canada for the next 24 months or it depends on the approval?

Any reference or clarification would help a lot.

You cannot stamp supervisa from Canada provided you had informed IRCC earlier that she applied outside Canada and will be moving to Canada. We’re are you planning to send passport for stamping?

Hi, I am in a similar situation where I applied for a super visa from India in Apr 2021. Biometrics completed in Aug 2021 and it got updated in the application. Since then there is no update. I am wondering if they will ever process the application. May I ask where did you apply the visa from?

Hi , I have paid for VFS passport pickup on Feb-8th , but no one came for pickup, is it a normal wait time or should contact VFS?

Few things to clear for ppl whose parents are in Canada and you received passport request. You can send your passport in Canada too. In case you want to double sure, send a letter too explaining your situation. Btw I didn’t write anything.
1 thing I am unclear is on duration, coz parents entered on visitor visa, do we need to visit port of entry for another stamp? Or just continue staying. Or send an visa extension until you reenter Canada.

For those who want to know more about the 2-way courier service by the visa offices in India, here is all the detail.

1. Receive the PPR letter from IRCC.

2. Go to this website link:

3. Fill out the webform and enter the required info.

4. Once submitted, you will receive an email having the payment link in it within 2-3 days. Please keep an eye on your email, because once received, the email payment link will only be valid for 12 hours. If passed 12 hours, you will have to submit the webform (step 2 above) again and wait for another link. Doesn't hurt in any way, but takes extra time.

5. You may receive more than one email with a payment link in it. Make sure you only pay once. Even if you try to pay once again, you won't be able to. The link will say your payment has already been received.

6. Pay for the service. The fee is approx Rs. 1000 INR per passport. (In case of more than one applicant, you will need to pay for them separately.)

7. After the payment, you will receive another email with an AWB number in it. This AWB will serve as a tracking number for your passport package to the visa office.

8. Keep your passport package ready and sealed. You must make separate packages for each passport, even if all the applicants live at the same address. The mandatory documents are:
i) Passport (I dare you to not include this!)
ii) Consent form (complete and signed), provided by the visa office in the email.
iii) Courier and SMS form (complete and signed), provided by the visa office in the email.
iv) Passport submission letter (PPR letter/Golden email letter, whatever you may call it) provided by IRCC.
If required, they might ask you for any extra documents. But the ones above are mandatory.

9. Write this at the center on the envelope for the 'To.' address.

VFS Global Canada.

The exact details will be provided in your email.

10. Write your full name, address, phone, AWB number and the application number at the 'From' address.

11. Soon you will be contacted by the Blue Dart courier. They will come to the address that you mentioned in the webform to pick your passport up.

12. You will need to give the above AWB number to the courier service guy. And they will send the package to the visa office.

13. Your job is done here. Now, take a 'Cutting Chai ki pyaali'. Just relax and wait patiently till the passport comes back with the visa stamped on it. They say it will take around 14 days to stamp and return the passport after they have received the completed package with all documents.

I paid for two way courier for my parents, during that process it directly took me to payment ( not the way you mentioned like email is coming for payment link , the webform directly went to payment page after the info submission) I paid on Feb-8th, and no one yet came for pickup is it normal wait time for pickup. please suggest.

We are in this situation right now. My parents received PPR on Feb 7 while they are in Canada. Application was submitted when they were in their home country. I called IRCC and they asked me to submit a web form with Delhi visa office if they can allow passport stamping in Canada, waiting to hear back , not sure what will happen if we don’t hear prior to 30 days timeframe to submit passports. I submitted multiple web forms prior to their arrival too but no specific response. Did you submit passports in Canada recently? Did you need to contact IRCC for any confirmation prior to submitting?
