Summary of OOPNP Process

Its understood that they send PT notification to 400+ candidates. I am talking about how they choose a candidate after he has applied and paid the fee.

Well, there is no selection after the Notification of Interest - hence my confusion.
Candidates apply with the required form, supporting documents and the fee and OINP processes the applications on a first-come-first-served basis.
The application is checked for FSW/CEC eligibility and also for OINP eligibility.
