For Express Entry BC – Skilled Worker, you mentioned that we must have 2 years work experience directly related to the job that is offered. Is it in last 5 years or in last 10 years we need to have 2 years of work experience ? Or there is no time limit, we just need to have 2 years of overall experience ?

Prove with updated letters from HR and your executives that your job responsibilities match the NOC. Do they match the NOC or are you another NOC. NOCs beginnning with 0 are executive positions.

I am not an executive though. Just mid level management. But the letter states I do not qualify for level 0 , A or B. It's just the duty stated matches what I do or can the nocc be changed at this stage

So you got a nomination through OINP with that NOC, but you aren’t doing the job. You will need to decline it and then update your EE profile with the correct NOC.
