Yes, I have an EE profile. I am an Electrical engineer and I have job experience in my own field as well. But I am not sure which province will consider me for PNP

Your occupation is in Sask demand list. SINP EE sub category is good. It is without job offer category.
These 2 NOCs are in the list and non regulated. Is any of them suitable?
2242 Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment)
None
2243 Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics
None

If not, then this NOC is also in there. This is regulated and it takes about 1 year to get license. U can apply for SINP without license but have to present it later. Only then you will get nomination.
2133 Electrical and electronics engineers
Provide documentation from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) showing your Engineer-in-Training membership; or you have received an academic assessment result letter from APEGS indicating that you have been assigned Confirmatory Exams.

I think you apply for SINP EE/OID with NOC 2133. Start your License process with WES and APEGS. I noticed on SINP page that "Trade occupations must show proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure, if your intended occupation is in a regulated profession or compulsory apprenticeship trade. To see if your intended occupation is regulated in Saskatchewan, go to Regulated Occupations and Licensing Requirements."

It depends that maybe they give you time to complete your license in one year or directly reject the application. Start preparing your License process as fast as possible. I am also living in Riyadh, KSA belongs from Karachi, Pakistan, working as Electronics Engineer.

You have done your ECA, let me know from which authority you did the ECA?
WES is the only one who can take you for License process. I hope you have WES ECA report.

YES, I have ECA from WES but its not course by course I guess.
