[Suggestion needed] No response for new oath ceremony request

Hi,

I would like to ask about my citizenship application. I am pretty appreciate for any suggestions on anyone has been through the same situation.

I got the invitation for Citizenship Oath on Feb 7. However, I was outside of Canada at that time. I sent them an email to request another date for the ceremony. I have been waiting for 2 months. I did call them, send several request forms and even ask MP to help with that. However, they said I need to wait more but didn't provide a specific time. Does anyone know how long usually they would get back to us with a new date? and is there any a way we can contact them more effectively?
I am afraid that I might need to start the whole process again :(

What's your processing office? I have seen with GTA region the rescheduling also happening quickly. But if your processing office is like Ottawa/Montreal who are slow in the first place to schedule Oath, god only knows how much time they will take for rescheduling. 11 months answer above could be from one such processing office.

Is there any way to check the processing office. I submit my application online so I don't really know how to check
