Hi there. Is it possible to submit your biometrics for a visa or super visa before submitting an application? I live in Canada and looking to apply for a visitor visa or supervisa for my mother. The problem is that she is currently visiting a country that have a Canadian consulate and soon will go back home where there in no consulate to submit biometrics. I am applying for her in like 2 or 3 months when I have sufficient documents that I can support her visit, so can she submit her biometrics in advance since she is in a country that have a Canadian consulate instead of applying in few months and then they ask her to fly to a country that have a consulate to submit her biometrics.
