But according to a guy who applied on 30th October, he says his medical is approved and he is waiting for eligibility review to start on monday or Tuesday.
My medical should also have been passed by now.

No the date on which you have applied is written in front of tracking number like if you have applied on 14 November than the first digits of tracking number will be 20171114 and if you have applied on 8 November than it will be 20171108
