Actually I believe it means "case specific enquiry"

In my opinion it helps the decision making process if further and recent evidence is added to the file. However, if the initial submission is sufficient, it should not be a problem. It could be a long wait if the file is added to the interview list. Once in the list, VO will not accept update to the file.

thank you for the info @cost, now i have the questions what about personal experience, the mood of the officer,did he give u a chance for u to ask questions etc.
