Subject line: IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal

Hello,

I received an email from IRCC which says 'Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal' and it says I need to be in Canada.

At the moment, I am not in Canada.

What to be done next?
What all details do I include in the reply?

The instructions contains all the info you need

”If you or one of your dependants currently live outside Canada, let us know by replying to this message.”

Their statement is vague "let us know by replying to this message"

Which confused me regarding what all details to be included. Also does it have a standard format?
