actually i tried in university for masters but i didn't get the admission so i moved myself to PGD and yes the program is related to my studies.
I did my bachelor in computer sciences and now i am going for "Artificial Intelligence - Design, Architect and Implementation " which is clearly connected to my study background.

I did my Bachelors in Computer Sciences in 2018 and now I am an employee as an Software Developer and I joined the company as full time employee right after my degree. I was working in the same company from 2014 Nov as part time employee during my studies so when i finished my studies the same company offered me the job where I am currently working.

I choose "Artificial Intelligence - Architect, Design and Implementation ", it's a PGD from Georgian College Barrie

Yes I live in home country

I did mention each and everything in my SOP and even I got it reviewed from many people and everyone was saying that your SOP was so strong in terms of telling each and everything

the GAP is also an issue, plus this ain't a reputed university.

Ok. Your SOP must not be that great since your reasons for refusal are choice of program and limited prospects. Wait for GCMS notes and reapply. You have to change your application and SOP to reapply.
