So this is very simple, OINP tech draws have a cut-off score which is 1 less than last all programs draw cut-off scores. The last all programs draws was in december 2020 with a score of 468. OINP has since been inviting candidates with scores <=467. Now, if OINP knows there will be no FSW draws...

Tech will not be gone. My brother is in Ontario,he has mentioned tech is very much in demand. I think the next all draws will be tech only.

Man iRCC can implement anything they want. Don't say something is impossible. It is very easy for them to do alternate draws one for CECs and the other for everyone with specific NOCs

But the problem with this scenario is, OINP is still not taking candidates with scores >=468. Would they not know about the IRCC plans?
