Study visa - How much as proof of fund / Expenses/ Acceptance letter info

Hey
I got an admit to a university in Canada for a 1 year MBA. On acceptance letter they wrote estimated expenses at 30,000 CAD for the whole year but if you go to website it says you have to show other expenses @ 10.000 CAD for the year.

Why is the confusion. I mean do university document includes expenses like transporation ticket etc. Even if it does, the difference is huge.
Anyone else who got an acceptance letter and what figure in other expenses was written in acceptance letter
P.S my university is in Ontario

Probably acceptance letter included fee too.

I believe it includes tuition, living expenses, transportation, insurance, etc. If you are confused, contact the university that issued the letter directly and ask them.

Yes I will ask the university

However the tuition fee is separate. It is whooping 68000. I guess it isthe most expensive, it is Queen's MBA program. Really good program
Ranked #1 by business week outside america from 2006.
Plus it is triple accredited MBA (only 34 business schools in the world are triple accredited)

I hope visa ppl wont object that "You could get the same education/course in Pakistan"

Another question
My classes start in May 10. When should I apply for visa. Some one told me not to apply too early as this will create negative impact. Any suggestions, I plan applying in mid Jan

I don't think applying early would create any negative impact. However, in Pak usually visa is not issued more than a week or two before the commencement of classes. Applying early will give you time to to settle any issues if they arise.

Well I will have to quit my job and give a month notice otherwise let go month's salary. If visa authorities stamp visa just couple of weeks back, would it be beneficial to mention about my quitting job in my cover letter

in ur cover letter for visa application? Well, u may mention it if u want. But everyone goes through this situation and embassy definitely knows that companies require a month's notice. So if they don't care about it then they you mentioning in ur cover letter won't make any difference.

Hey, this is interesting to me, as I'd like to go for an MBA in the future. What does triple accredited mean? What are the three accrediting bodies?
