I cant say but I dont think that should be any issue. Coming 2 months early for settling should not be an issue. If law allows it (double check), no issues in my interpretation

What did change on your biometric? As I mentioned earlier, in our case Biometric was showing "In process" on new tracker while it showed completed on GC website. On 19 Apr, the status changed to "complegted" on new portal and also eligibility completed on new portal. No change on the GC website

Do not inform IRCC and complicate your case unless you are required by instructions. Do t highlight your case unnecessarily.

Also you can enter anytime after your visa is stamped. In my case (year 2010, 12 years ago), I got my visa stamped about 4 months before start of my classes. I was allowed to enter anytime before.

I think this may not be a problem. The study permit itself just gives you permit to study for X years. It is a separate document. The stamp of visa is just your ability to enter Canada. I think you would not have any issues

Why you need that

Don't worry. Talk to university. Their rule would not be that stringent. Talk to them email them and give the update of PPR

If 30 aug is last date, try to negotiate with university. Your visa can come until late October. If no other option left, please defer.
