today i got my refusal for canada study visa for jan 2019 intake . my profile is good with overall 7 bands not less than 6 nd 86 percent in non medical stream so my agent consulted me to apply online for the same intake again . so plzzz let me know about the chances of getting my visa

Well in that case you must reapply online with very strong reason to come back to your home country in your sop.
You can surely get the Visa if the reason is the above one.

Was that the only reason? Kinda generic reason that a lot of people get. What documents did you provide (list them all). What did you write in your SOP?
documents are - ielts result trf , 10 nd 12 certificate , medical sheet , income certificate , pan nd adhar card copies , ofr ltr nd receipts of fee nd gic
in sop i wrote my band score nd marks in each subject ...the reason why i have choose my course nd in last that i would surely come back india becoz i want to pursue my career related to the course in my counrty nd as my parents are also there in india

Did you write anything to prove strong ties to India, like property, job, family, etc? If you didn't, you need to show that.
yess all details of my family is mentioned in sop nd file nd income certificate is also there

You could apply again with a stronger SOP, but without seeing it I can't really suggest what was missing. I suggest you apply for notes as this reason is a very generic reason used on a lot of application. Notes would give you specific reasons why you were refused. I really don't know why they are not specific in the first place as it wastes a lot of people's time. Once you get the notes i believe you would be in a stronger position to alter your application.

You are leaving it very late to apply now for January 2019, probably too late as the processing time for india is 5 weeks at the moment. Remember this is a guide time and can change. Concentrate on getting notes (takes about a month) and then reapply. Nobody can tell you for sure whether any applicant will be accepted unfortunately.
