have u got ur decision??
Yepp.. I was refused with the same reason as yours.
" I am not satisfied that u will leave canada after the end of your stay based on the purpose of study"
So,I made few changes in my SOP and added a justification letter with my checklist and submitted it in VFS Hyderabad on Dec 3rd.

You are leaving it very late to apply now for January 2019, probably too late as the processing time for india is 5 weeks at the moment. Remember this is a guide time and can change. Concentrate on getting notes (takes about a month) and then reapply. Nobody can tell you for sure whether any applicant will be accepted unfortunately.
t we get notes to re apply or can I re apply , mine was also the same reason , that they are not satisfied I will leave after my study , and I paid 9800$ already for first semester school fees

What was the reason? Because of financial, family ties?
Personal assets and financial status , but my dad is the one sponsoring me and I won’t own an asset except through will , from my parents . And I have paid school fees

How much has your father got? Did you provide an SOP stating why you were coming to CAnada and reasons why you would go back after your course?
Please list all the documents provided in your application. Did you apply or was it through an agent?

About 50,000$ in his account , deed of assignment of his 4 of his landed properties, I provided SOP why I’m coming to Canada to study and that as the first born I’ll definitely go back to my country because of my parents properties . I applied through an agent , I sent my cv ,employment letter , study leave , my fathers bank statement, letter of sponsorship, admission letter from DLI for post bac diploma in human resource 2 years , payment of school fees slip , bank reference letter , my law degree etc ,

Go back to agent and make sure they provided everything. 75% don't. Apply yourself so you at least know what's in app next time

Hi bro
What happened to your study permit (visA)
Did you get it after first time rejection?
I also got rejection first time non sds for January 2019 start stating you will not leave Canada after studies
I defer admission to fall 2019 and applies under sds with fees paid and strong sop
Just wanted to know chances of visa approval for second time

Have you applied yet ? Apply through paper do it yourself, also don’t attach proof of properties and all that stuff only attach police report , affidavit of sponsorship with your dads bio data page , 3 moths Statement of account, strong SOP tying you back to your home country , medical aid you did upfront , admission letter , and all the documents you used to apply for admission in the first place . Birth certificate, that’s all . Simplify your application as much as you can.

hello
I applied it online as from April 2019 onwards it is mandatory to apply online
I attached documents such as
Admission letter, Letter of acceptance, affidavit of support, Fathers 6 months income/salary statements, fathers Income tax returns, Guaranteed investment certificate, first-year fees paid, medical check-up report, property estimation report, savings/funds, Sop etc
did you get study permit approved for the second time?
