Study Visa Approved Jamaica

My study permit has been approved but my husband's open work permit was refused :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(. What could possibly be my next move to have him there with me in Jan 2016 when I start school? Any advise any??

I realize its hard to apply that way together , what evidence did you show ? Is it a possibility that he could apply for school as well ?

1. Family ties in Canada and in the country of residence. (Do not know what this means)

2. Current Employment situation (He works only on weekends)

3. Personal assets and financial status. (We own a property which we provided evidence of and we had enough funds to maintain both of us while in Canada)
