My bad i didnt check the date nor the province didnt update info. But navigate oversea skilled option and use point calculator. Last draw the invited 425points i guess.

I am 44 years old with more than 17 years of Experience as a software developer and more recently as Technical Delivery Manager. I got my Bachelors in 2003 and started a Double Masters in Computer Science and IT - no certificate as I didn't defend my Thesis (long story) and an MBA in 2013. So our profile isn't that different.
I was also going for PR via EE but was not getting high points due mine and my husband's ages despite maxing out on all other points (except French). I submitted an application for SINP (you should look into this as you are also a S/W Developer) but it was taking too long so I decided to try study route. Luckily for me, both Study Permit and my SINP provincial nomination were approved few weeks apart.
All this to say you can get through just like I did. I am not sure which intake you are looking at, but it's late now for January 2022 and most unis don't have intakes for Summer/Spring. If you are willing to consider Fall 2022, I will recommend the following universities:
Memorial University
Lethbridge University
Bishop's university
University of victoria
University of Regina
SFU (their Professional masters in Computer Science)
Dalhousie
Concordia University
University of Winnipeg.
All these are middle tier universities with modest CS programs. You should look at course-based programs instead of thesis-based as you will have more chances of acceptance if you are not relying on a supervisor to fund you.

You mentioned that you applied for a study visa while in the express entry. Is it possible to create to permits with same GIC key?
And yes I agree, I made a mistake that all I applied to programs were thesis-based. Probably, that's the reason for rejections.
Coming to intake, My fall 2021 applications got rejected.
Winter 2022:I have applied for a diploma in Univ of Winnipeg, which I got an offer. But upon reading our thread, I am a bit skeptical to go for it as I have Master's already.
As you suggested, I could explore course-based Masters, but I have to find for Fall 2022. This is almost a year from now, further affecting age factor.
So you were saying, it is still fine to go for other Masters [ course based ofcourse] with existing Masters in hand?
If yes, how can we show the tie with the home country without any properties. I only have siblings who got married.

Yes you can use the same GCKey. I did the same but I've since heard people say what I did was risky as most people open a separate account for study permit, so I'll suggest you do the same.
You can pursue another Masters as long as you are able to motivate for it. In my SOP I explained the reason for my previous double Masters and my MBA and why I needed to do another Masters. For home ties in my case, I had properties and businesses for which I provided docs. I am not even in my home country, I am a PR in another country but been here for many years. I am not sure how you can show these ties in your case. Do you have investments in your home country?
What is the issue with your SINP? I was rejected the first try due to job duties not compatible with NOC. I then got the proper experience letters and reapplied and I was nominated

No issues with sinp, i havent received inivitation so far.
Coming to investments; nothing .. only savings in bank in form of salary and some mutual funds.

Exactly, dual intent through GCKey can be risky but depends with a profile. I would suggest opening account with provincial programs. From my experience, feds are issued with notification when pnp program make decision whether positive or negative. Thats when feds are made Aware.
I am in my mid-40s and got approved for a Study Permit in my first attempt - this is for a Full time MBA degree. I have over 18 years experience in IT/Internet sectors and did my B.Tech over 20 years ago. Also did a 1 year MBA diploma from an Indian university over 12 years ago. Your profile and application is all that matters and not age.
There clearly seems to have been a directive to approve anyone in the tech sector because it is very unusual for you all to get approved given your work and education history. Pretty clear that most if not all of you are not genuine students and it doesn’t make sense to return to school and would have immigrated via economic stream if that was an option.
