my study permit rejected four times. can i apply for visit visa and could i please what documents do i need to apply and usually how long the visa is issued for and what are the chances of getting the visa.
If your study permit rejections are recent, the chances of a visitor visa being approved are very low. With four study permit refusals under your belt, I would recommend you wait a year before applying for a visitor visa and develop stronger ties to your home country. Information on how to apply is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp
Make sure you declare all of your refusals when you apply.
