Well I showed them 21k $ in my bank ACC and my 2 years tuition was paid for the home ties kinda I got letter from my company that it says they have no issue rehire me after my graduation all didn't work. I would like to reapply again kindly can you tell me how can I make stronger my application and what I should showe them as home ties how much money when should reapply after how long? I heard it's adviced to reapply after six month. I was rejected almost 2 months ago Moreover I am working with agency and I heard some rumour IRCC mostly rejects applications which are applied by agencies IDK how much it's true. I really want to reapply asap this time by myself with help of Lawyer and what do you think guys? by the way I got my ATIP result which is explanation of Visa Officer. Let's help each other, I'm ready to get any advices, suggestions. I hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance.

What did the visa officer say in your GCMS notes?

I assume you're not a citizen of Qatar or the UAE; refusals are common for foreign workers in the GCC because you can't have home ties there. You also haven't explained why you want to go from computer programming to hospitality management. They assume applicants like you are prospective PRs who won't leave Canada.

How can I DM to you? So I can share visa officer's decision...

You can paste it here.
Please go through and give me your advice :

I am not satisfied that applicant will leave Canada at the end of stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of visit.

Submissions do not on balance satisfy me the proposed studies are reasonable in light of qualifications, previous studies, and previous employment.

According to the applicant's employment prospects, I have accorded less weight to their prospective employment ties to their country of residence.

Based on the financial documents submitted, I am not satisfied that the applicant has sufficient funds to pay for the proposed studies, travel, living expenses in Canada.

Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's incentives to remain in Canada outweigh their ties to their home country.

Weighing the factors in this applicaton. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.
Decision rendered without the use of chinook.

So they clearly think you're not a genuine student who will leave Canada. You haven't explained why you want to switch from computer programming to hospitality management and why you want to study in Canada. You also haven't shown sufficient funds.

Can kindly advice me when should I reapply ?after rejection and what you think would be strong home ties please give any suggestions.

You can re-apply whenever, but you should take some time to seriously reconsider and improve your application. Lots of people quickly re-apply with minimal changes and just get another refusal on their record.
