I applied for a study permit through the online application. And I got a refuse letter and the reasons are:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

So, everybody, what's the reason that I got those problems, and what I need to do next?

Thanks for your time.

More and more we are seeing these generic reasons being trotted out, but can you answer the following -
Where are you applying from?
Where is your home country?
What is your status in whatever country you are living in?
Do you have a job?
Where in Canada are you wanting to go, what is your college/university name and what is your course name.
What is your employment and education background?
List ALL documents you have provided and did you submit an SOP explaining why you are wanting to study in Canada etc

Do you have a job?
what is your course name?
What is your employment and education background?
How long have you been in Russia and when is your course ending?
Do you specify that you will go back to Morocco at the end of your course in Canada?
How many years study permit are you applying for?
List ALL documents you have provided and what did you exactly say in your SOP.

The EAP program is just for people to learn English as far as I am aware.
Again, could you answer this question:
List ALL documents you have provided and what did you exactly say in your SOP.

It is generally harder for people that are living in another country to get a study visa. The reason for this, is they cannot prove home ties. How is this course going to help you in Morocco? I would suggest you looking for another course, something that is a progression of your education....maybe in commerce. Something that will enable you to get a good job in Morocco. This course will not do that. It is also not looking good as you have not declared a job. How are you going to support yourself in Canada and how are you supporting yourself in Russia.

The visa officer will have a major question: why do you need to go to Canada to study English? English classes are available everywhere. What makes you go to Canada?

Not answering that question in your statement of purpose makes the visa officer think you have other reasons and will stay in Canada after your studies.

Add to that no proof of a job, being in a third country. Unfortunately, you have a weak profile.

But you didn't say you were going for another course. Were you accepted for the other course? Did you include an acceptance letter for it? It was probably a conditional acceptance as you need the english one before you can do the other one. Thats how it works and that's probably why you were rejected. You have not told us the whole story like how much you have to support yourself. If you did not declare a job there for money there are doubts on how you will support yourself.

You will get it by email. That's what the slip of paper in your passport says.
This thing is traumatising. On 9th May my study permit application was returned with a slip of paper in it.What does that mean?My Ircc account shows that my application is in progress and I didn't receive any email either.
