Study permit Refused

Hi i applied second time for study permit to Canada through consultancy and it is refused, the reasons are
-Travel history
-Purpose of visit
-Other reasons: You have failed to disclose, as you were required, that you were previously refused a visa for entry to Canada. This has diminished the overall credibility of your application.

I made a mistake in background information that i didn't tick 'YES' for previous visa refusal to Canada.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First time visa refusal reason is (applied through online by myself)
-Other reason: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous
studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your
future prospects and plans.(No other boxes ticked off)

I took CAIPS notes for this and they mentioned 'Applicant has not submitted IELTS or educational markssheets. Unable to assess academic record or English language capacity. Not satisfied that the applicant could successfully complete the proposed program of study, or the applicant is genuine student/visitor to Canada who would leave at the end of the authorized period of stay. Refused.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My question is
1)why Visa officer ticked off Travel history and Purpose of visit in second attempt visa refusal which they didn't ticked in first time?
2)How can i satisfy with travel history (I submitted my both old and new passports offline)?
3)What else i can do in Purpose of visit (I mentioned everything in SOP about myself, why Canada, why particular college, family ties in India, return to home country after studies, etc.,

I'm waiting for CAIPS notes at the moment. So, please help/guide me what i have to do in letter of explanation and SOP before i re apply again.
THANKS.

1) The reasons for refusal are not always the same between applications.
2) For travel history, CIC is looking for travel to countries requiring visas such as the US and UK. Do you have that sort of travel?
3) Can you demonstrate stronger ties to your home country? What have you studied in the past and what are you planning on studying in Canada? Do you have any work experience? What are your marks from your previous education? What were your IELTS scores?

Hard to assist without knowing your full profile.

Sir apply one more time this time don't make any mistake and tick that your visa was rejected previous time
In SOP write why your visa was cancelled previous time and justify it and provide IELTS marks sheet along with the application.
As for purpose of visit, you have to mention in SOP that you are just going to canada to get more advanced studies and will return to india and work in in indian company of relevant course you are doing and somehow convince visa officer that you are genuine and not fake person who will abscond to canada once you land there.

Try going to an Proper agent to apply for Student visa and once again no agent will agree that he/she made mistake in your application. So ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS review your application which agent has filled and cross question and seek there help and verify it yourself before the application is being submitted.

If you can take the help of canadavisa person just contact them here : https://www.canadavisa.com/contact-us.html
Phone them, tell them your problem in detail, like full discloser and let them help you achieve your goal :)

Hello all,I have a similar issue,I applied for study permit this June and was denied visa. Reason: purpose of visit,I am not satisfied you will leave Canada after study.
I don't stay in my home country,am a resident in another country with my husband. I don't really know what to do. I am thinking of going back to my home country and apply from there again as I can show more ties from my home country than from my resident country. But my question is if traveling back to my home country will affect my visa application in any way. Also,in my first application,I told them my baby will be going with me while my husband stays back, now I don't know if I should say my baby stays back with my husband. Any one that can advice me on what to do,am confused. I already deferred my admission to sort things out.

OTHER REASON WAS STATED ON REFUSAL LETTER.THEN I APPLIED FOR CAIPS NOTE & I GOT THE REASON THAT YOU HAVE LOW BAND SCORE THAT IS WHY YOUR STUDY PERMIT IS REFUSED. I HAVE APPEARED IELTS AGAIN AND GOT 6.5 BANDS. NOW I AM SUBMITTING MY FILE AGAIN AT CANADAIN EMBASSY. DO I NEED TO ATTACH THE CAIPS NOTE WITH MY VISA FILE?
