Reason was low language test results. But she have 6.5 and above 6 in all. This was the requirement from college.

The EXACT reason please. What was the exact wording of the refusal reason. BTW it doesn't matter what the college accepts, they do not provide the visa. What college is she applying to and what is the course?

Its queens college , logistics and supply chain management 2 yrs dip.

Hi , My name is Harmanpreet Singh and I am From India. I cleared my senior secondary with 76 percent marks in arts stream.Recently I was applied my Canada study visa in Canada college in Montreal in database administration course and I got refusal and the reason was the low language test results and purpose of visit. But I have 6 bands. Please tell is I am eligible to apply my visa again with same bands scores in other states or other government colleges .
