Study Permit Refused

I applied for study permit to study an English preparation intensive three months course but I got refused.

I want re-apply again but for a Visitor Visa this time. Is it Ok ?

Note that I have new information or evidence regarding my refusal reasons which I can provide also such as Travel History, Own company

Yes - you can reapply. You should have applied for a visitor visa from the start since study permits are only issued for programs that are long than six months in duration.
