I was refused a study permit some months ago because of my previous refugee application in Australia which I lodged 6 years ago.
I want to reapply this month but I am scared that I will be refused again.
How do I tackle this problem?
I lodged that application based on persecution as a result of my sexuality. I live in Nigeria. But my circumstances has since changed since I lodged that application.
My motivations are very much different than they were when I applied for refuge in Australia. I don't intend to seek refuge in Canada.
I know that my chances now are extremely slim but is there a way I can surmount this mountain?
