Hello guys, My study permit got refused bcuz of family ties and limited employment in my home country.I would like to apply again .Should I only cover these 2 points in the statement of purpose of the second application or should I do a new statement covering everything again ?

Ofcourse you shouldn't only talk about these two points, as the statement of purpose is supposed to be why you chose Canada and how you could benefit your country from what you studied. You should mention everything but also focus on the two main causes of your refusal, which in your case are limited employment and family ties. Now for the limited employment, I am really not sure how you could explain that if the field of study you have chosen doesn't have a future in your country.
