From my experience, there is no way to find out which office is processing your application. It literally can be any office not only in Brazil, but in Canada and may be even the world. You can try to send a general webform (for Canada) and one for one of the offices in Brazil - somehow they will process it and send to the relevant office. Other than that there is really not much else you can do except for waiting. You are still waiting, I gather? That's been a long time for you really.

Yeah, your application is taking way too long... Our application is May 8 and we've got our decision (refusal). It was not too much fun to see June and July applicants getting their decision before May applicants, but it is also not fun to know that there are still April applicants who haven't gotten their decision either So, wishing you good luck and soon response!

Nothing they will just update your application. Have they approved?

It will not matter. Although the new portal is easier to use. What will matter is whether you apply under the SDS or Non SDS.

Guys, I've got my passport request today. Finally, after 2 refusals I've got good news.
My timeline:
Biometrics: November 21, 2021
File lodged (the 3d attempt): May 24, 2022
Medical exam requested: September 16, 2022
Medical check-up passed: October 6, 2022.
Passport request: October 17, 2022.
Even though I did an upfront medical check-up on February 2022, IRCC requested it once again. I don't know why. Now it does not matter, the positive decision matters to me.
