it changed on 24th September, and no development then till the final decision yesterday.
You will probably get a decision in a week or two. Since you applied later than me.

I applied for a new study permit, not an extension, from inside canada. My program level changed from Masters to PhD. My previous study permit was for 2 years which expired(Sept 2021). So, I applied for a new study permit (in July 2021) in order to continue my studies in PhD program.

No , I meant after you sent the Webform, did you receive any message from IRCC !

I have never sent a webform to IRCC before, I just applied for my study permit extension and waited for approx 49 days and got approved. then it took one week for my permit to arrive in the mail.
