Study permit extension

My study permit extension was refused but the officer didn't give specific reasons why it was refused.what can I do to know the reasons before applying for restoration status

I'm just thinking maybe its because I'm studying long-distance courses. They just said i didnt meet required criteria but without specifications reasons. I just finished the courses that i was doing online so that i can graduate but i don't know what to do now since they refused to extend my study permit.

What date did you apply for an extension and is this your last term of studies? How long did you ask for an extension?

I applied on 25th and asked to extend till end of January, yes this is my last smester.

Did you show a letter saying you were full time student? Also a letter saying that you had just one course to finish and that you were going to graduate this semester, which is the reason you were taking just one course this semester?

I am sorry I am asking a lot of questions, just curious to know why they would reject you seems so unlikely.

I like that when you ask, i told them in a letter that i have been studying as full time student and i have just remained with one course so that i can graduate.

I dont know where did i go wrong and they didn't tell me the specific reason for refusal.

So there was no official letter from your University indicating how long you have been studying and how many courses you were registered in? A.K.A Letter/Certificate of Enrollment? They tend to reject applicants directly if they don't show official letter of enrollment from university, as most students who get rejected show the original letter of acceptance instead of enrollment.

Yes i didnt attach the letter from the universirty that i have been studying as fulltime,i just attached the one from open learning distance.

Don't think online courses count because you don't need to be in Canada to study.
